3 Powerful Ways to Manifest Amidst Tough Times

Tough situations can make it challenging to get out of bed in the morning. The thing is, it happens.
At several points in our lives, we have to deal with a difficult situation. 😰
The difficult times can either come in small or big packages, but it is our habits that will help us endure through the tough times and get us to a place of happiness in a short amount of time.
Hence, it all starts with YOU.
3 Powerful Ways to Manifest Amidst Tough Times
The mind can’t make its own direction — instead, it will follow particular thought patterns. It is during this time when we must tap into our higher consciousness to observe where the mind wanders and to direct it to the right place.
During the toughest of times, we must direct our minds towards positivity, love, gratitude, and faith in the Universe. 🙏🏻
When you practice the mind to create a number of positive thought patterns, you can loosen your grip on it as time goes by— even when you face another hurdle in your life.
Another thing to remember is that you don’t need to feel happy in your situation.
It doesn’t work like that.
Instead, you need to believe how you want to feel.
That said, did you know that you can STILL manifest during the toughest times of your life?

How To Manifest During the Most Challenging Times In Your Life

Manifesting may be the last thing on your mind when you’re going through a difficult time in your life. It’s understandable given that the situation makes you more focused on the problem other than the solution. Isn’t that right?
You become too engrossed in the bad thing that’s happening that you can no longer snap out of it. That’s what you think.
Manifesting during this time is possible. In fact, it is even highly recommended.

1. Have a Clear Intention

Now that you’ve spent hours or even days thinking about what went wrong or what’s wrong right now, it’s time to know how you want to rise above this. What would be the best solution for this problem? What can happen in your life that will make things better?
When you have a clear picture, and you’re 100% sure that it’s exactly what you need to get out of a rut, set that as your intention for your manifestation process.
You have to know what you want and you need to stick with it.

2. Visualize Your Desire Every Day

3 Powerful Ways to Manifest Amidst Tough Times
There’s no overnight miracle for what you want to come into your life. So, you need to make a conscious effort to make it come to you. Every day, set aside a few minutes to sit quietly 🧘🏼‍♀️ and visualize what you want.
Imagine your desire in great detail — watch it as an outsider and see yourself fully enjoying what you have manifested. Feel it and see it in your life.

3. Use Affirmations

Affirmations are these powerful statements that you can use repetitively to alter your core subconscious beliefs and create new neural pathways in your brain. You can get affirmations online or you can make your own.
Use affirmations to help shift your perspective that things are too tough or to get through deeply ingrained negative emotions. You can use the affirmation silently or out loud. By doing so, you will be able to see possibilities instead of the problem itself.
Whatever is happening in your life right now, no matter how tough it is, it’s even more important now to get into the manifestation process.
Manifestation will not only help you overcome a tough time, but you will also feel calm and relaxed while you’re manifesting.
Don’t fall victim to your own life.
Manifest despite the challenging times and you will come out stronger and happier than ever. 😃

4 ways to Stay Grounded During a Pandemic

4 ways to Stay Grounded During a Pandemic

I know these are strange times and I want to help you with some easy tools to stay grounded whenever you feel afraid or anxious. 😟
The truth is that in all this talk of uncertainty in the world, we forget that life is always uncertain. Change is the only thing we can rely on, and that can be a beautiful thing. Why?
Because it means life is evolving and expanding. We, humans, are adaptable. We may not be in total control of this virus 🦠, we may not be in total control of the stability of the economy, but we are in control of our reaction to those things.
We have the power to decide whether fear takes over or not. We have the power to let it become part of our everyday lives, or not.
As I’ve said before, this global health pandemic can actually be a positive thing. It can give us a little (or a rather big) nudge towards remembering our inner power and connecting to it.
There’s been quite a few memes and quotes going around about staying inside and going inside. Literally – to your homes and your minds. Go within, seek the power, and security you crave inside your own being. For that is where you will always find it.
A need for security and safety is a basic human need. With these four mindful practices, I want to guide you towards the present moment and replace your fear with faith. Your insecurity with strength and your anxiety with trust and love.

1. Ground yourself and connect to the Earth

4 ways to Stay Grounded During a Pandemic
The Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine and is associated with feelings of security, stability, and being fearless, as well as your basic needs of shelter, food, and safety. At the moment, many people are reacting to the kind of energy that this Root Chakra governs. Our fears around safety, security, and basic needs being met are being activated energetically as we go through these global events.
That’s why it’s important to balance this Chakra. When it is out of harmony, it causes the rest of the chakras to go off balance too. It can also trigger our fight or flight response, and any prolonged amount of time we spend that in the fight or flight state is harmful. It compromises our mental, emotional, and physical health, weakening our immune systems, and generally causing us to feel off-balanced. We come from a place of fear rather than enlightenment.
PRACTICE: Balancing your Root Chakra at least once a day if not twice (morning and evening). I suggest sitting 🪑 quietly and allowing the silence and stillness to ground you, connecting you to the earth. If possible do this outside, on grass, or close to a tree. 🌳
When you sit for just a few moments, imagining your Root Chakra energy flowing freely, grounding you to the earth with its strong and calming energy and bringing your energetic body back into coherence.
If you have any red crystals, hold them as you do this balancing practice. Crystals such as red jasper and tourmaline are balancing. You can also burn woody incense such as sandalwood or patchouli.

2. Send a Healing Prayer to the Earth

4 ways to Stay Grounded During a Pandemic
Whenever you feel overwhelmed, practice sending love and peaceful, healing energy to the entire planet.🌏 By doing so, it focuses your mind 🧠 towards positivity and caring for others. It gives you a wider sense of perspective and makes you feel useful. Energy is catching too you know! Spread a feeling of kindness and positivity and uplift others with your vibration.
You can sit quietly and just focus on sending love and healing to all parts of the Earth that need it. If it’s easier for you, imagine the animals and children first, see them receiving the love and healing they need. If you understand vibrational energy, you know that it can be received through time and space. Your prayers matter. 🛐

3. Express Yourself and Release Fear

4 ways to Stay Grounded During a Pandemic
I highly recommend finding a positive outlet for your feelings during this time. With so much on the news, messages, social media etc., you could be absorbing too much negative information. Whenever you come across some disturbing news or something that makes you feel anxious, don’t just hold it in or push it away, release it in one of the following ways:
Writing in a journal. Expressing yourself in words ✍🏼 can be so healing and helps to remove the weight of negative information. Once you get it down on paper 📝, you get to make sense of it. I find this releases some of the power bad news and fearful events can have over our mind and spirit.
Painting, expressing yourself in art. Express yourself through painting 🎨, molding in clay, sketching, whatever you like, can help release pent-up feelings and negative energy through expression.
Dancing 💃🏻 or playing an instrument 🎸. Having a quick high energy dance break is a great way to release tension, let off steam, and change your mood. If you play an instrument, get lost in some music practice. Anything that helps you to shift your energy towards a higher vibration is recommended.

4. Connect With Your Breath

4 ways to Stay Grounded During a Pandemic
When we are in a fight or flight state our breathing is often shallow and short. Many of us remain in this state a lot of the time and our sympathetic nervous system is activated constantly.
Connecting with your breath is so important for grounding. Next time you feel anxious or caught up in a spiral of worrisome thoughts, focus on the way that you are breathing. Take some conscious, slow, deep breaths in through the nose 👃🏼, down to your abdomen and then feel it flowing out as you exhale. Focus on your exhale being a little longer than the inhale. This will stimulate the rest and digest response (as opposed to the fight or flight response).
It does not take long for your breath to bring you back to a sense of calm. When you feel yourself calming down, you will be able to view your fear more rationally, and you will have connected to that stillness within. Your spirit. That part of you that knows you are always taken care of. That connection is often enough to bring you back to a sense of faith in yourself and your ability to stand in your own power.
It is natural to feel fear and anxiety, especially during this time, like I said before life is characterized by its uncertain nature. Don’t judge yourself for these feelings, simply allow yourself to go through those emotions and then use one of the tools above, work towards balancing and grounding yourself.

5 Quick Tips To Start Your Meditation Practice During a Health Crisis

5 Quick Tips To Start Your Meditation Practice During a Health Crisis

The global pandemic has made almost everyone around the world anxious. As the virus 🦠 spreads with no cure, what was once normal was now put on hold. For how long—that we don’t know. Now, the only thing that we can do is to stay inside our homes 🏡, keep ourselves healthy, and create a routine that will become our new normal.
With all of these things happening, how are you coping?
Day by day, you wake up on the same bed ☀️, you walk around the same place, and you see the same faces. There’s barely anything to do.
I know you’re probably tired. The kind of tired that is sad that is filled with anxiety.
The sleepless nights that you go through. The hollow pit in your stomach when you wake up in the morning with nothing but horrible news.
The world is at a standstill.
How are you?
Just like most things in the world, this too shall pass.
While we’re here, I encourage you to meditate. 🧘 Whether you have tried it or not, I can’t think of a more perfect time but now for meditation practice.
You are already probably aware of how it takes a lot of patience, practice, and time, to achieve a meditative state.
But trust me, once you get there, it would be magnificent.
One of the most important habits that I’ve formed in the past years was my habit of meditation. It has helped me through a lot of things—I’ve become more focused, peaceful, and less anxious about discomfort. It made me more appreciative and attentive to all the things that life has to offer.
My life has become simpler but in the grandest way possible. I’m far from perfect, but meditation has helped me come a long way.
So, go on… start your meditation habit now. Here, I’ll share with you some tips that helped me over the years:

Give It Two Minutes

5 Quick Tips To Start Your Meditation Practice During a Health Crisis
On your first meditation practice, I don’t want you to stay seated longer than two minutes. I just want you to meditate in just two minutes. ⏳
If you get distracted in the middle of your practice, that’s okay. Just give it two minutes.
Do this for at least a week. If it goes well within a week, then increase a minute in the next week. But for now, start with two minutes for seven days.

Do It First Thing in the Morning

It’s easy to say that you’ll commit to meditation every day… until you forget all about it. So, instead of checking your phone in the morning, meditate.
Set yourself up for this. When your eyes open in the morning, take two minutes to meditate, whether you’re still lying down on your bed or seated—whatever’s comfortable.

Just Do It

One of the things that hold us back from doing a task is when we continuously ask ourselves “how?” We often question HOW when the task is unfamiliar to us.
When it comes to meditation, stop asking HOW. Just do it.
Don’t think about how you’ll sit, where you’ll sit, etc. Sit where you’re comfortable in. You can worry about the other things when you fall into a routine of meditation.

Don’t Think Too Much About Clearing the Mind

5 Quick Tips To Start Your Meditation Practice During a Health Crisis
I know that you want to clear your mind when you meditate. Here’s the truth, though— it’s quite impossible to achieve it the first time. You can clear your mind, yes, for a couple of seconds.
But it’s okay when you can’t hold it for two minutes straight. The more you pressure yourself in the middle of your practice, the more you won’t achieve it.
Therefore, take it easy. Clearing the mind is not the “goal” of meditation. Just focus your attention and practice some more when your mind wanders.

Always Smile When You’re Done

… and even when you’re in an awful mood. After your meditation practice, SMILE. 😊 Take that moment to be grateful that you had time to yourself and you stuck with your commitment.
As we wait for the new world, meditate.
You can do it. 💪🏻

Why Hiking Is a Body and Mind Workout

March 13, 2020

Why Hiking Is a Body and Mind Workout

You can’t deny that there’s something amazing about the outdoors. Our planet is beautiful, and it’s the reason why so many people choose to hike. But while most avid hikers do it simply to enjoy nature, there are actually a lot of health benefits that come from hiking, both mental and physical. Whether you choose to go a mile or 20, here a few reasons why you should hike for a body and mind workout.

The Benefits of Hiking

  • You burn more calories than just walking.

  • Hiking tends to use 28% more energy in your body than a stroll through the neighborhood because the varying terrain and elevation require your body to adapt to the situation. Your leg muscles lengthen or shorten while they work on an uneven ground, which increases the amount of energy you use. This means you burn more calories hiking than walking on flat ground or sidewalk at a steady pace.

  • You build strength in your muscles.

  • Because of the varying terrain, your hike works your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves as well as some of the seldom-used muscles around your hips, knees, and ankles. But your legs are not the only things that benefit; hiking also builds upper body and core strength because it is a weight-bearing exercise (depending on the weight of your pack).

  • It’s good for your heart and overall endurance.

  • Like any good cardio workout, your heart rate goes up during a hike. This means hiking can help you develop a strong cardiovascular system. Hiking also improves your endurance, especially when hiking at higher elevations where your body adapts to using less oxygen.

  • You boost your mood.

  • Hiking has a positive impact on your mental health by getting you away from the hustle and bustle of normal life and putting you in the great outdoors. Spending time in the calm of nature has direct correlations to better energy, positive feelings, and less tension, anger, and depression. Plus, it allows you to reconnect with the amazing world we call home.

Tips for Starting a Hike

If you haven’t considered hiking before, here are a few simple tips to get you started on the trail.

  • Start slow

  • Go to a local trail that’s shorter and has little elevation gain. Then gradually work your way up to tougher and steeper trails.

  • Get familiar with the trail.

  • Do some research before you go to a new park or a new trail. Make sure to always have a trail map with you and dress according to the weather and trail conditions of your hike.

  • Don’t forget to bring water

  • This is the most important thing you can take with you on your hike! The amount you bring varies depending on the difficulty of your hike, but remember that your body needs water to function properly.

  • Up your elevation gain.

  • Even small inclines can boost your heart rate and burn extra calories.

  • Weigh yourself down.

  • Bring a backpack full of water, snacks, a jacket, and other hiking essentials. The extra weight will boost your calorie burn and strengthen your muscles.

  • Bring a friend.

  • While it’s generally safer to hike with another person (especially if you’re unfamiliar with the trail), having someone for accountability and conversation is great too. Invite some friends and make it a hangout.
Hiking has some amazing benefits for the body and mind. So get out there, blaze trails, and burn calories!

Manifesting Abundance with affirmations - Master Self-Love

Manifesting abundance - Master Self-Love

It's Perfactly normal to experience stress or unwanted setbacks in the way to achieving your goals.
but waht if i say you there is a hidden way to redically improve your life so that unpleasent things actually stop happening to you and you can manifesting abundance.
manifesting about your health, wealth, and prosperity is not easy until you do it with a proper guidence and without specific methods about it. In ancient india there were "yogis"  (great priests) those were knowing this extraordinary art very well and they could menifest anything they desire!
manifestation of wealth is not only that you desire in your life. but you need many things more like good health and good relations, and love and care.
there are certain and secret ways and methods to achieve it this days also! i could find out this resource after a hard seaerch on internet here the technique of manifestation they teach and that gives you all that you desire!
You may be hearing the term self-love a lot these days, but what does it actually look like in practice getting manifesting great abundance.

Here are a few tips to get started.

Get rid of your toxic thoughts. This can be hard to do, because negative, toxic thoughts tend to creep into our brains at all hours of the day and night, even if we have the best intentions to think positive, our minds can wander. Something that can help you feel more in control of getting rid of toxic thoughts, are to write them down and get them out of your mind and onto paper. Once they’re on the paper, take the paper and physically rip it up. The act of writing it down and ripping it up actually tricks your brain to believe you are getting rid of your negative beliefs.

Go ahead…try it!

Now for some paper that you should not rip up…. positive affirmations.

Write down the statements you want to feel, that you want to be your reality. You are essentially manifesting your thoughts. Tips- keep it short—your affirmations will be easier to repeat and remember if you keep them shorter (4-6 words). Start with “I” or “My”, since your statement is about yourself.

For example; “I am beautiful” or “I am worth of love” are short and easily repeatable. It can help to tape up your affirmations somewhere that you look multiple times throughout the day, like your bathroom mirror. Whenever you see the affirmation you should say it out loud.

Stop the comparison game. In today’s world, especially with social media showcasing other people’s seemingly perfect lives, it is almost impossible to not compare yourself to others. You have to TRY to remember that people usually are only posting their best moments, and it does not always depict their real lives.

Try to unfollow people that make you feel bad about yourself and consider spending less time on social media. Instead of being online, get outside and meet up with friends who make you feel good and support you or join clubs or groups that align with your hobbies.

Self-love starts with self-care. We usually are more worried about taking care of others and forget about ourselves. Do a quick evaluation of what you do for yourself and how often. If it’s less than once a day, you’re doing too little! We should all be carving out at least 15 minutes a day for ourselves.

Go for a walk, meditate, take a hot bath, read, cook your favorite food, watch a show you love, workout, do a face mask…the options are endless! The point is to do something that makes you feel good, every day. When we feel good, it creates positive thoughts, and positive thoughts mean great things for helping us love ourselves.
This month especially, make sure to be kind to yourself. If you needed a reminder today, you are wonderful and deserve all the love!
