is kartra a big scam ?

 I have been a kartra subscriber once, by paying 1$ as they say in the start,
and then I am been victimized to pay for 2 months, and total I lost 289$.

you all should read the rude letter ( email) sent by the kartra CEO  that clearly indicating the language of a ruffian person, giving the threat to the customers.
